hold on the power by and the temptation is to succumb to not by cluttering our minds with biblical passages to make an oath or promise to give or when we spend hours in prayer and fasting, and not even if we give ourselves a big mental thing. These actions are all commendable and normal for Christian growth, but in them is not our victory. can
The simple secret of how to resist any temptation the fear of Satan's power to break! The fear is the only power Satan has over the people. God does not give us a spirit of fear. Is only from Satan! But man is afraid of the devil. He is frightened of demons. He has to fear failure. Fear that not his desires, and habits can be changed. Fear of internal demand that it breaks out and control his life. Fear that he is one of thousands who otherwise might be, full of pleasure and help they no longer is.
Man has to stop no longer afraid of his sins. He writes the Satan such power, which he did not. The man screams: "I'm addicted and can not stop! I am enchanted, and in the power of the devil. The Devil makes me do that! "
The fear is a pain as long as you're afraid of the devil, you can never stop the power of a temptation. Satan is benefiting from the fear and Christians who are afraid of the devil have to withstand little or no force.
everything is based on a lie! The lie is that Satan has the power to let Christians fail under pressure. This is not so! Jesus came for all the power of the devil on the blood washed children of God to destroy them. I have often wondered why God allows that the spiritual man be tried. Why God does not remove all temptations instead of "creating an escape route so that we can bear it" (1 Corinthians 10:13)? The answer is simple. Once you learn how powerless Satan - as soon as you realize that he not force you can do something - when you learn that God is all power held up to protect them from the case - from then on you can all resist, making up throws Satan . You can go through it to have no fear of falling!
We are exposed to the temptation, but the fear that the devil makes us succumb to it. We will continue trying until we come to the place of "rest" in our faith. This rest is the unshakable confidence that God has conquered Satan, that Satan has no right or right to us and that we move forward as gold that has been tested in the fire.
